I had made a nice form for the Newcomb house for Outpatient Antibiotics. It is based on the regular order page with a menu for different antibiotic regimens, and instructions. It also had some Obstetrical orders in a menu as well. It will be moving to the permanent side shortly. They sent it off to Ambulatory Care and the people there said they HAD TO use their pre-printed order form. I ranted a little bit and then started making up the form. There is also one for restricted antibiotics. I have linked them. There is also push and pull for ht, wt and bmi. There are also double click actions to convert ht and weight from imperial to metric. There is a button to switch the date to dd-mm-yyyy This will save in the form but does not comply with OSCAR's internal dates. There is a button to paste the time, and a signature pad. JohnR.
