This resource has been created to work with the open-source EMR code made available by McMaster University under GPL Version 2+, however, it does not meet the regulatory standards that McMaster University requires for use of the “OSCAR” brand. By using this resource, you agree and accept that McMaster University has not endorsed or approved this resource in any way, and has no responsibility or liability for anything that arises from its use.
The only "certified" use of the brand is by the companies that pay a large license fee to McMaster or have an agreement, hence they require this disclaimer on all other sites.
