Search for Patients with One SHINGRIX Vaccine Only

This RBT searches in preventions  for patients having only one Shingrix shingles vaccine ("RVZ") that was given more than two months ago

So it helped me recall the patients overdue for the 2nd dose and found some I forgot to code in preventions

Shingrix is free for ages 65-70 in Ontario. Others need to pay.

This RBT works in OSCAR19. For other versions of OSCAR it may need to be adjusted. For example, some systems don't have the "RVZ" prevention so it may need to be edited to "VZ".
