Appointment List RBT
This report by template does the following:
- Searches active patients by provider within specified dates, including an option to search by "all providers"
- Counts and lists how many appointments the active patients have had between the above specified dates
- Lists the patient's first and last name, appointment count, email address, mailing address, and phone number in result return
- Has links to eChart and master record in result return
The RBT does not include future appointments. Includes patients that were seen but may not be currently Active.
