This is a standalone version of the OSCAR eForm Generator. OSCAR has a built-in eForm generator which you can use by going to Administration>Manage eForms>Create eForm>Generator. However, the eForm generator available in your OSCAR system may be outdated, so you can use this standalone eForm generator which works the same way.
To use this standalone eForm generator, create a folder on your computer (ex. eForm Generator). Store the eForm generator HTML file in that folder as well as any images (png or jpg files) that you wish to use in the eForm, all in the same folder. Then open the eForm generator in your web browser and start to work on it.
