Fraser Health: Substance Use Services Access Team

SUSAT enables family physicians and primary care clinics to quickly and easily refer people for community-based addictions services such as: counselling group therapy, opioid agonist treatment (OAT), as well as residential treatment, detox and other specialized services.

Areas covered include Surrey, New Westminster, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Mission, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack
