The growth charts allow you to check the progress of babies, both boys and girls, from birth to 19 years. The eForm collects information such as head circumference, weight, etc. and Measurements from the eChart and automatically graphs the values. The eForm automatically recognizes the patient's gender - if male then it will show the boys chart, and female will see girls chart.
