How to export all charts to PDF

Is your practice closing? Do you need an export of all your patient charts out of Oscar, Oscar Pro, JUNO, OpenOSP, Avaros, Indivicare, Telus, PSS, Accuro, etc.?

Normally the EMR provider will continue to charge you upwards of $260/month indefinitely to keep your EMR running just so you can access your data even after closing the practice. Or you may pay them to download your entire database… but you can’t do much with the database and it doesn’t give you one PDF file for each patient which is what you need when dealing with archived records.

Our program will convert all charts from the standard CDS XML format to PDF. You will get one total PDF for each patient with all sections of their chart neatly organized. All you have to do is push one button to convert all charts!

To get your charts exported to “CDS XML” format (which is required in order to have the tool convert them to PDF), you need to either request “a standard CDS XML data export of all my charts” from your EMR vendor, OR do it yourself by going into each Chart and selecting “Export this Demographic”:

And then in the pop-up “Demographic Export” window, choose “Select All” then “Export”. It will download a ZIP folder containing the XML file.
